6 things men do to make you feel like the crazy one

Am I crazy? That's probably the question you've been asking yourself over and over again.

Why is that? You're probably in a situation where your partner is making you think you're a little ”coocoo” are.

After all his talk, you believe that you are the main source of all problems.

You are left with the thought that it all comes from you – you are the ”queen” of the madhouse you live in.

Though things really aren't quite like that.

After all the talk about being crazy, you start to believe that you are actually crazy, and that was his goal all along.

Me white not why these men do this and what is the reason for it.

Maybe they make you think you are crazy just for the control of you to obtain.

They feed you toxic thoughts to make you surrender to them and let them take control of your life – because you can no longer trust your own judgement.

Put simply, they ”gaslighten” you. "Gaslighting" is a psychological term when victims are presented with false information that makes them question their own memories and thus their common sense.

This is a form of emotional abuse designed to make victims fearful, confused, and doubtful about their own memories and perceptions.

Here are the things men do to make you believe to let you be the crazy one.

1. He's forcing you to do something you know isn't right

He's asking you to do something for him, but deep down you know that's not a good thing. And you tell him that.

All you have left is for him to convince you that every woman has that ”certain something” (including everything else) would do for her husband.

He makes you feel guilty by making you believe that you are the only one having a problem with this one "something" seems to have what he asked you to do.

By the end you start to think that you are totally paranoid – something is wrong with you, but NEWS FLASH! – it's not.

It's his way of making you think you're the crazy one.

2. He will deliberately throw things out just to hurt you

Any time you catch him in an ambiguous situation where he has something to explain, he'll bang you Find a way to find something that happened to you that is somehow related to the topic.

After that you will be left with the thought he pushed in your face and you will feel fucked up on every possible level.

You will completely forget what you wanted to ask him.

For example, if you caught him texting a girl you don't know and confront him about it, he will remind you how your parents cheated on each other.

You see, the fact that your parents cheated on each other has nothing to do with the current situation, but somehow he manages to bring it up and make you feel like you're the crazy one.

3. He tells you that you are too emotional

Someone saw your partner with a strange woman.

The first thing you will do is, asking him what the hell is going on.

Of course you won't get a clear answer.

You're going to be a "Baby, you're a little paranoid" Hearing gossip because he's the ”perfect” significant other who would never hurt you.

You will be left with thoughts that you are the paranoid and overly emotional taking everything too seriously.

No matter if you know he could be cheating on you and you are 100% sure he is – you will doubt your decision and sanity because it makes you do it.

4. He will make fun of you in front of your friends

He will tell your friends a "story" about how you're acting crazy.

But here's the catch – he'll take something serious (something you were really angry about) and he'll tell it in a funny way, making you look silly.

After seeing all your friends laughing at the story he told you will kinda forget how shitty you felt and how angry you were.

You may even start to question yourself and the fact that you are normal or not – whether it was worth getting upset about or not (and it was).

5. You start lying

Maybe that's after you realize what he's doing to you.

To avoid emotional abuse you start lying about everything – just to save you from unnecessary fighting and shouting because you can't take it anymore.

You've never been a liar. You don't have that kind of history, but now it's a commonplace thing for you.

6. He makes you doubt your own memory

He always says that you misinterpreted his words and that he didn't say what you think.

He always says one thing and if you catch him lying he'll tell you another.

But here's the problem. These men are such good liars and they always find a way to turn things around.

He's willing to make you believe he's never on Facebook and you believe him – and then you see him scrolling through Facebook tomorrow and the day after and the day after.

But you don't do anything about it because he's going to make you believe that's not true.

The point behind this ”gaslighting” is that you just stop trying. You've suffered so much emotional abuse.

You've been told you're crazy or that you're imagining things.

You don't trust your judgment and you doubt yours Actions.

You stop trying and you let him convince you that you're the one with the problem – but you're not.

It's him — you are just the victim.
