Zendaya and Timothy Chalamet
One of the most sensational film premieres of this year was Dune, directed by Denis Villeneuve, starring Timothy Chalamet, Zendaya, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Jason Momoa, Javier Bardem and others. So the star-studded cast of the film in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly is hardly surprising. For the cover of the issue, the idols of the buzzers Timothy Shalame and Zendaya were shot.
The photo shoot took place in early September on a tiny island located near the world famous Lido Island in Italy, which was then hosting the Venice Film Festival. The premiere of the film took place within its framework, so it was not difficult to assemble the actors for the photo shoot with almost their full complement.

Dune is based on the novel of the same name by Frank Herbert. It was first filmed in 1984 by David Lynch, but then the picture did not find critical acclaim and failed at the box office.
In the film, events unfold in the future on the planet Arrakis. It contains a valuable resource of melange that can prolong life. But in order to take possession of it, the heroes will have to fight the monsters and monsters that have settled on Arrakis under the scorching sun.
As Chalamet admitted, Herbert's novel sunk deep into his soul.
It has really important lessons on how to become an adult, and it also helps you understand who you are in this world, in which you need to fight yourself when something very important is at stake or when you have to pursue terrible goals, like my hero Semi,
– he said in an interview.
Timothy Chalamet admitted that he had been looking for a meeting with Villeneuve for a long time and wanted to get to know him. However, he himself asked for a meeting when he saw the film “Call me by your name” with the participation of a young actor.
Zendaya was also extremely excited about the opportunity to work with the director. She persistently sought the role of Chani and was able to do so, demonstrating incredible chemistry in the tests with Chalamet. Filming with the actress lasted only a week, but left her vivid impressions.
I didn't want to leave. Denis had a warm and family atmosphere. Everyone was so kind to me. I became very close to Timothy. We thought we'd be good friends now
– she said.
Despite the fact that the film has not yet won awards, it was warmly received by audiences around the world and showed great commercial success – the box office has already exceeded $ 117 million.
