While we were already mentally prepared for the coming cold weather and a long absence of the sun, 38-year-old Svetlana Khodchenkova decided to extend her summer. Now the actress is resting in the Maldives and is stocking up on vitamin D.
The star spends a lot of time on the beach and by the pool – she sunbathes, swims and enjoys a relaxing holiday in nature. On Instagram, Svetlana shares her vacation pictures, in which she mostly poses in a bikini, showing off her toned figure.
Svetlana's figure is admired not only by her fans, but also by star friends who leave compliments to her in the comments.
The secret of the star, by the way, lies in an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Khodchenkova is engaged in sports even on vacation.
It's hard to imagine, but once the star weighed 20 kilograms more than now. Refusal of junk food and physical activity helped her to dump them. The actress admitted that she does not eat fried foods, flour products and sweets, but prefers boiled or steamed food.
Svetlana's favorite type of activity also helps to keep herself in shape – she is engaged in aerial acrobatics.
