Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II
43-year-old Princess Charlene of Monaco has returned from South Africa to Monaco! She reportedly left Durban the day before and landed in Nice at 8:30 am today. Charlene's return put an end to months of speculation about her sudden and prolonged disappearance.
At the airport, she was reunited with her husband, Prince Albert II, and their six-year-old children, Jacques and Gabriella, who greeted her with a large bouquet of flowers. After that, everyone flew by helicopter to Monaco.
Recall that Charlene has been in her homeland, South Africa, since the beginning of May this year. At first, it was a short-term visit, but then the princess was diagnosed with ENT infection, which required a series of operations. Because of this, Charlene could not fly back to Monaco, but rumors also began to appear on the network that the real reason was not the princess's illness, but problems in her marriage with Albert.

Last month, 63-year-old Albert announced that the princess had completed her treatment and was “in good shape and in good spirits” and would “very soon” return to Monaco. Albert and his children also visited Charlene during her stay in South Africa.
