New York Fashion Week is in full swing, and yesterday Jeremy Scott presented his new spring / summer collection for Moschino. The designer's favorite models took to the podium: Irina Shayk, Gigi Hadid, Stella Maxwell and Winnie Harlow. Aaron Philip, the first transgender model with cerebral palsy, made her catwalk debut that evening. Among the guests of the show were Megan Fox, Karen Elson and Tommy Dorfman (the star of 13 Reasons Why recently came out as a transgender woman). We will tell you more about the show in our material.
It is known that Jeremy Scott loves to experiment with elements of pop culture in his collections and finds inspiration in the most unexpected things. Fantasy did not disappoint the designer and this time – Scott sent us all back to childhood.

The models' outfits looked like magically enlarged items from the children's department. Instead of abstract prints, Scott used cute images of animals and cartoon characters, and as accessories he offered typical things from a nursery like rattles and bottles (from the latter, Gigi Hadid, who first became a mother last year, walked the catwalk).

The patchwork technique has also become a notable technique in the collection – with the help of colorful pieces of fabric and appliqués, Scott created the illusion of children's patchwork quilts. The images were complemented by massive plastic jewelry and funny bags.
