Naomi Campbell, Cindy Bruna and Natalia Vodianova
Last night in Paris, 36-year-old Olivier Rousteing celebrated 10 years as Balmain's creative director with a new spring / summer collection. But the real culmination of the anniversary show was the second part of the show, in which iconic models and longtime friends of the brand took to the catwalk – Naomi Campbell, Carla Bruni, Natalia Vodianova, Nadezh du Bospertus, Natasha Poly and Milla Jovovich.
All these names are associated with the history of the fashion house at its various stages, so at the festive show Rusten decided to once again prove that this story is dear to him.
Natalia Vodianova and Natasha Poly have often taken part in the Balmain fashion show in recent years, while Carla Bruni and Nadezh du Bospertus shone at the brand's couture shows in the 1990s. Then Oscar de la Renta was at the helm of the fashion house (by the way, he held the post of creative director for 11 years, so Rusten is quite capable of surpassing this figure).

Naomi Campbell and Milla Jovovich previously starred in the brand's campaigns under Rusten. So, in 2016, the designer gathered three supermodels of the 1990s – Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer – and shot them in a spectacular black and white spring-summer campaign. Well, Milla Jovovich, who had previously been among the guests at the brand's shows, became the face of Balmain in 2018.
