Rejoice, Matrix Trilogy fans! The first trailer of the fourth part has appeared on the network, the subtitle of which is “Resurrection”. And this video is replete with spoilers!

So, the roles of Neo and Trinity are still played by Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss. The director of the project is Lana Wachowski.

The plot of the fourth part is similar to the plot of the first one: Thomas Anderson lives in San Francisco, works as a video game developer. Nothing unusual, only the main character does not leave the feeling that his life is just a computer simulation. Everything falls into place when he first meets Trinity in one of the coffee shops, and later Morpheus comes to him (he is played not by Laurence Fishburne, but Yahya Abdul-Matin II), who promises to reveal the whole truth, but first Thomas has to make a choice – take a red or blue pill.

As it turned out, the machines revived Neo and Trinity, erased their memory, put them into cryogenic sleep and rebooted the matrix.
