Today is Father's Day! My father has been gone for 28 years. I was only 6 when he passed away and I miss him incredibly. I never knew what it was like to say the word “dad”, to feel like a daddy's daughter and to have such protection! I grew up and always thought: what will my mother say? But the older I got, the more I wanted to turn to him. Now I remember him every day. I talk to him mentally. I would very much like dad to always remain a hero for my children. Whatever happens in life, children should grow up with just such a feeling, be proud of their family. Let fathers be examples for their children. And children take care of their parents!

I am a father. I am proud of this. Today is Father's Day. New official holiday in Russia. Miyusha gave me a wonderful postcard, and yesterday she told me that I am the best dad on earth. Basically, dads don't need anything else. These words are enough and that's it. Most of all I want her to be happy. You don't have to be rich, famous, successful. It is enough to be happy.
I loved my dad very much. I didn’t have time to say and do a lot for him. I could be a much better son. Much better. Well. Now I am a father myself. And I understand and feel what I could not understand before. Fathers are not at all as strong as they sometimes look and want to seem. Men leave earlier. It is a fact.
