The series will be called “Kaiser Karl” – this is the nickname stuck with the great designer during his lifetime. The casting has not yet been made public, but it is already known that the series will begin in 1972, and the plot will cover both Lagerfeld's enmity with Pierre Berger, one of the founders of Yves Saint Laurent, and his affair with Jacques de Basher (who, by the way, was a lover and Yves Saint Laurent).
