John Legend and Chrissy Teigen
A year ago, Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend had a great grief – a model, who was 20 weeks pregnant, lost a baby. Until now, 35-year-old Chrissy cannot come to terms with the loss and is still going through the loss hard. Yesterday, on Sons Day in the USA, she remembered her son Jack and her 42-year-old husband (they managed to name the baby) and dedicated a piercing post to him.
I dedicate this to my son, who almost appeared with us. A year ago, you hurt me the most intense pain I could ever imagine, to show that I can survive anything, even if I didn't want to. I failed to take care of you, but you came and went to make me love myself and take care of myself, because our bodies are precious and life is a miracle. I was told it would get easier, but so far it hasn’t happened. Mom and Dad will love you forever
– she wrote.
Chrissy also shared a footage from the hospital room, which was taken immediately after the miscarriage. Teigen was criticized for allegedly promoting herself on her grief, publishing personal pictures and talking in detail about the miscarriage. However, the star said that she wanted to remember this moment forever.
After the loss of her child, Chrissy, according to her, will no longer be able to become a mother. During her third pregnancy, the star suffered severe bleeding, which turned out to be fatal for her baby. Probably, health problems affected her reproductive system and made it impossible to get pregnant and have a baby in the future.
The couple, married for eight years, are raising two children: their five-year-old daughter Luna and their three-year-old son Miles. Both of them were conceived using IVF.
