While in the fashionable marathon everyone takes a breath between Milan and Paris, Ricardo Tisci showed his spring-summer collection next year. Burberry was not announced in the official schedule of London Fashion Week this year, so the collection was presented separately. Irina Shayk and Candice Swanepoel took part in the video show, which was broadcast on the brand's social networks. And if Irina has long been friends with Tisci and has already taken part in Burberry shows and campaigns many times, then for Candice this was the first Burberry show in her career.
The Tisci show was dedicated to his mother Elmerinda Tisci, who died in August this year at the age of 92. The defile took place in silence, then to the ringing of bells, mixed with the Ascension track of the DJ and producer Slikback. But the collection itself cannot be called mourning for sure (although it could not do without images of total black, and one of them went to Irina Shayk).
The emphasis, of course, was placed on the brand's signature beige shade of the legendary trench coats (they literally trimmed one of the decorations) with the addition of bright spots to the curly prints. The deconstruction of the classic trench coat in general seems to be the starting point for the tailoring experiments in this collection.

They refused a bright make-up for the models, but added an unusual make-up – some of the show participants walked along the catwalk with false animal ears. With the same, by the way, Tisci himself recently posed on the set for the anniversary issue of D Section Magazine. Irina showed the process of creating fantastic images in a special video for Vogue Germany, which she filmed on the backstage of the show.
Fashionistas, however, do not need to look for masters in plastic make-up – Tisci has reworked such a familiar accessory as a baseball cap, and now you can see both upturned ears and a crown in it.
