An exhibition of paintings from the collection of Russian museums opened yesterday in Paris. The event attracted many guests, including Natalia Vodianova and her husband Antoine Arnault, who rarely appear together. The appearance of the couple at the exhibition was not accidental: the event was held in the building of the Louis Vuitton Foundation, and Antoine Arnault is the heir to the multibillion-dollar LVMH corporation. The Russian model does not hide her admiration for the culture of her native country.

The couple came to appreciate the exhibition, collected from 200 canvases by Russian painters, provided specially by the Pushkin Museum, the State Hermitage and the Tretyakov Gallery. At the opening of the exhibition, Natalya appeared in a cream-colored jacket and skirt, complementing the delicate outfit with a string of white pearls around her neck.

On her instagram, Vodianova published several pictures from the event and shared her impressions of what she saw:

No words only emotions! This is not to be missed! Thanks to all the people who participated in the creation of this exhibition, which glorifies the centuries-old cultural connection between Russia and France.

Natalya also admitted that the concert of the Mariinsky Theater Orchestra led by Valery Gergiev made this evening truly magical. The opening of the exhibition was also attended by French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte, Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova and LVMH President Bernard Arnault. Olga Lyubimova announced on her Facebook that a Russian-French museum dialogue is planned for next year.

The very same exhibition entitled “Collection of Morozov. Masterpieces of new art” will last in Paris until February 22 next year.
