There are many stars among the stars who visit gym. Some of them are real sportsaholics (like, for example, Jennifer Lopez), others do it solely out of the need to keep fit. Almost all celebrities have personal trainers who select individual programs for them based on physical fitness, goals and wishes of the clients themselves. Someone prefers exclusively strength training, others are fond of cardio. Here are some of the exercises and workouts that help the stars stay fit and slim.
The figure of Jennifer Lopez is envied by many: at 52, the singer & mdash; the owner of an elastic press, toned buttocks and raised arms. All this & mdash; the result of her hard work on herself: almost every day the star trains in the gym and monitors nutrition.
< p>To achieve the same abs as J.Lo, her trainer Dodd Romeo recommends doing this set of exercises: 50 hanging leg raises (for example, on a horizontal bar), 50 crunches on the upper block (this exercise is also called “Prayer”), 50 lifts the body on an incline bench with a dumbbell (Lopez uses a 20-kg dumbbell). Then repeat the same exercises 35 times each, after & mdash; 21 times. The singer's coach says that Lopez does not take breaks between sets.
Halle Berry & mdash; a big fan of kickboxing. After the birth of her daughter Nala, she returned to form in just a few weeks thanks to this sport. Holly worked five days a week for an hour. Her strength training program focused on leg and abdominal exercises, while cardio included elliptical workouts, kickboxing and uphill climbs.
One of the basic exercises from Berry's kickboxing workout is fairly easy to repeat. Place your feet shoulder-width apart and bend your knees slightly. Then bring your right leg up to your chest and, straightening your leg forward, strike the imaginary target with the ball of your foot. Hit each leg alternately.
After her first pregnancy, Polina Gagarina weighed more than 80 kilograms and could not lose weight for a long time. Now, a very thin and changed star sometimes even faces criticism from netizens who accuse her of being too thin.
Gagarina leads a very active lifestyle and works a lot with a personal trainer. One of her favorite exercises is & mdash; these are deep side squats. You need to stand up straight, then take a step to the right and sit down to parallel with the floor. After that, you should get up from the squat and take a step to the left side. Gagarin recommends doing exercises for 30 – 45 seconds, three to five sets.
One of the exercises that Jessica Alba does regularly is & mdash; this is a spread of arms to the sides.
It is performed as follows: in each hand you should take dumbbells (you adjust the weight yourself), your legs should be placed shoulder-width apart, and the body – & mdash; tilt slightly forward. Hands should be down. Bending them slightly at the elbows, you should spread them apart until they are in line with the shoulders. Jessica recommends doing this exercise 20 times in three sets.
Valeria carefully monitors her figure, trains regularly and tries to be disciplined in matters of healthy eating. Valeria does her own work at home and often talks about her workouts to fans.
Basically, the star prefers strength exercises, but does not neglect cardio exercises either. One of them & mdash; jumping out with elastic and shock absorbers.
Jennifer Garner & mdash; another fan of intense workouts. She managed to achieve impressive shape thanks to classes with trainer Valerie Waters, who, for greater efficiency, combined aerobic and strength exercises in her fitness program. Here is one that aims to build your gluteus muscle and is great cardio at the same time.
Stand with your face in front of a bench or step at least 30 centimeters high. Step on it with your right foot, lift the knee of your left leg up. Then lower your left knee while standing on the step on one leg. For each leg, 15 reps should be done. And so on in three approaches. The more intensely you do this exercise, the greater the cardio load will be. If you use extra weight, then you will pump your glute muscles even more.

The noticeably thinner singer Adele lost weight thanks to a set of exercises and nutrition. The star herself said that losing weight was not her main goal & mdash; sports helped her cope with personal experiences after the divorce and the resulting depression.
The singer is very fell in love with pilates. One of the exercises that Adele did regularly is & mdash; it is sliding your feet on the floor. It is done like this: a towel is placed under each leg, for example. Next, the leg needs to be taken to the side or brought back (there are different options for performing these exercises). Due to the fact that the legs slide and have to keep balance, the muscles receive a fairly strong load and pump well without additional weight.
